PJ's Coffee of New Orleans™ has long focused on origins. We proudly celebrate our own history while highlighting where our coffee comes from. It only made sense, then, to change the name of our "Classic French Roast" coffee to reflect this. Our darkest roast, our one-pound bags of Papua New Guinea coffee encapsulate where this rich, intense variety, punctuated by a bittersweet chocolate aftertaste, is derived.
These relationships help create a superior cup of coffee, like this exotic dark roast. We select the top 1% of all arabica beans, picked right at the peak of freshness for full, authentic flavor. Each batch is then slow roasted in small portions, creating a specialty, unique gourmet coffee that honors its origins and is as original and complex as the city of New Orleans.
