Founder Phyllis Jordan started PJ's Coffee in the tradition of New Orleans hospitality: ordering should never be an assembly line experience. Since 1978, we have strived to offer the highest quality products and service to our customers, whether that involves taking your order and getting to know you in our stores or delivering the freshest, most flavorful coffee available. However, if any of our products are not up to your standards, we will gladly issue a replacement or provide a refund.
